Pizza dough - Italian recipe: the Starita's Montanara
Antonio Starita of pizzeria "Starita" at Materdei, historical place in Naples, prepares one of his unique and unmissable recipes: the Montanara pizza! The pizza dough is simple, at least for its ingredients but so many years of experience are required, in order to obtain manual skills as good as Antonio's. After cutting the dough, here the rolling step: then the pizza gets fried, stuffed with tomato slices, smoked provola, pecorino romano cheese and fresh basil. Finally pizza is baked in the oven!
